Great map there.  I'm reading of some reports stating the storm track will start aiming towards SoCal starting March 20th, and last through the end of the month.  Same pattern as Jan and Feb.   But it doesn't sound like it will be anything strong like before.   The blocking high pressures is back in effect like they have been for years.   We need all the rain we can get.

Eclectic Arcania reports that the rainy season is over and it will be mostly dry from now into Spring and beyond but it was nice while it lasted. Some reports indicate an El Nino may be eminent.
