air attack per scanner is still trying box it in but each time they have what they feel is a solid containment on one flank the fire changes direction. and jumps across the line..this is near the rock quarry ..
ic command has 3 helicopters and 4 air tankers and 1 air tanker is coming in from porterville ( up north )
