[californiadisasters] Re: Rocky Incident - LNU - Lake Co. - Morgan Valley/Butts Cyn.

This wildland conflagration continues to be both incredibly photogenic and exihibit fire behavior that marvels seasoned professionals. It currently mostly fills the space bounded by Highway 53 to the west, Highway 20 to north, Highway 16 to the east, and Morgan Valley Road to the South. It currently threatens to cross Highway 20 and possibly 16. It may turn itself like a giant Japanese monster and devour the communities on the Highway 53 corridor and along Highway 20 at the east end of Clear Lake like Clearlake Oaks. Currently, the containment remains at 5% whatever that is worth while the acreage continues to increase, now up to 54,000 acres making it the largest in the state at present. However, some of the complexes ranging on the Shasta-Trinity and Six Rivers National Forests may give it a run for its money for largest in the state.
