Winds will continue through the overnight hours but weaken some after midnight. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. This includes Highways 101 and 154 as well as Gaviota Pass and San Marcos Pass. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... When driving, use extra caution. Be prepared for sudden gusty cross winds.
