Mount Bulusan spews ash in Sorsogon in the region of Bicol, south of Manila, Philippines 21 November 2010. Mount Bulusan spewed ash as high as two kilometers above the summit on 21 November, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology Phivolcs said. The volcanos seismic network recorded at least 12 volcanic quakes in the last 24 hours. At least 13,561 people or 2,712 families had been affected by the activity of restive Bulusan Volcano, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reported.  EPA/ALDRIN RECEBIDO
