A lynching would merely be another crime to follow those committed by Mr. Fowler.

Vigilantism is anarchy and anarchy is disorder and disorder is antithetical to the proper functioning of civilization.

Mr. Fowler needs to die and he needs to die yesterday and it needs to be done in a public setting in a solemn ceremony either in one of the yards of his prison or in front of the courthouse of his trial or perhaps even at the scene of his 2003 crime.
