Ya think? Why does everyone get so bent over this issue? It happens in nearly every disaster large and small. Confusion is the norm sorting it out takes time yet every time it seems as folks want to know why was this information given out as if the vast left, right or center winged conspiracy types known as "them" or "they" did it as an intentional act!
 
The ground shook and the area is right now FUBARed maybe it takes some prioritization to get organized?
