10/30 | 0800 | The National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard has issued a Red flag Warning which is in effect until 1500 hrs PDT today for the mountains of Los Angeles and Ventura counties with breezy offshore winds and very low relative humilities. Some areas may see northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph through the passes and canyons, but diminishing late this afternoon.
