11/02	0705	CA-LNU Loma Fire - 90 acres, 80% contained. Started at 2105 last night (11/1). One residence, four-car garage and multiple out buildings were destroyed. Full containment is expected today.
11/01	1240	The Loop Fire started on November 1, 1966, in a canyon near the boundary of the Angeles National Forest. It was caused by a power line and was spread rapidly by Santa Ana winds. A sudden fire run up a draw on the last unlined section of the fire took the lives of twelve El Cariso Hotshots.
