10/02/2013	1430	Fire Weather planning forecast for extreme Southwestern California The National Weather Service San Diego CA issued a fire weather watch / warning issued from 0200 am Friday morning through 2000 hrs. Sunday evening for most of Orange County, Southwest San Bernardino County, all of western Riverside County and a fire weather watch / warning  in effect from 1100 hrs Friday morning through 1400 hrs Monday afternoon for most of San Diego county.
10/02/2013	0730	Weather forecast calls for moderate offshore winds of 20-30 mph with gusts over 50 mph will occur Friday and Saturday across much of Southern CA.  Temperatures will be in the 90s and minimum RH will drop into the single digits Friday into the weekend in the windy areas.
