RE: [Geology2] Fwd: Earth Formation

Then we will disagree and let this discussion die off.

The planet is NOT alive.  It is made up of rock, minerals and chemical compounds, none of which exhibit any signs of life.  The planet has life in and on it, but it is itself not living.  It does not alter (grow/shrink) in mass, does not exhibit ANY form of reproduction (a basic life requirement) or self generated energy (earthquakes are the result of planetary cooling and other gravitational and orbital dynamics) and shows NO reaction to any outside influence not explainable by physics or chemistry.  This is well documented and provable over many centuries of research.  Perhaps it is different on Pandora, but planet Earth itself is NOT alive.  Planet Earth exhibits NO signs of life whatsoever.

I would frankly think that if it were alive, it would be plenty ticked off at the insults inflicted upon it by the surface dwellers.  It shows no reaction.

Here ends the discussion and let’s get back to science until such time that you can document and prove that the planet is alive and drawing energy (it is exposed to solar energy, but shows no reaction to it whatsoever) from ANY source.    This group is about science, not fantasy (although Avatar is an intriguing and fun movie).

I have already mentioned in my earlier mails that earth is a living organism like a tree with having bark around it. this bark is dead skin of earth that is why we are not aware that earth is living thing like a tree.but we have aproach upto bark of earth only not real skin.
earth is also taking energy from sun and universe. here universe is like a soil for earth or any planets.actually this is totally different and odd theory than we have learnet in past so it is difficult to understand on this board.personally discussion can help to more convient to me.
