Thanks Kim for updating my database. lol Not disrespecting Cali's rivers, but when my California born husband was alive, we would have mock fights on whose home state had the better trees, rivers, fish, etc. So you got me on this and somewhere, that rascal husband of mine is grinning from ear to ear. :-)

While quite rare in the U.S. there are three here including the one that runs less than a mile from my house: the Salinas River.
We also have the north-flowing San Joaquin River and the Mojave River.
Just another example of how cool California is and I'm most certainly not a Cali Chauvinist! ;-p
