I really don't think  this is fair.. you all know more about this stuff than i do but isn't prediction of an earthquake really just an educated guess? I mean, there is sophisticated euquipment and all to try to make a predicton but isnt' an earthquake like a hurricane in that there is reallly no  way to accurately predict what will happen? Allison
