4.6 earthquake jiggles San Diego County

A magnitude 4.6 earthquake broke at 12:40 p.m. about 9 miles north-northwest of Ocotillo, producing shaking that was felt across San Diego County, the U.S. Geological Survey says."It looks like this was an aftershock of the (7.2) Easter Sunday quake" in northern Baja California, said Bob Dollar, a USGS seismologist. "But that quake activated a lot of little faults, and it could have occurred on one of those.
