[californiadisasters] Seismic retrofit on tap?



The agenda for tomorrow's California Earthquake Authority board meeting shows they're thinking about starting a residential seismic retrofit program for older homes in conjunction with the California Emergency Management Agency. It's No. 11 on the agenda that can be found here. There's a link to the staff report with details of  the proposal.
 
BTW, these meetings are always Webcast here, but I don't recommend watching the whole thing for anyone with a low boredom threshold.
