[californiadisasters] South Ops News & Notes Update (12/01/10-12PM)

12/01	1135	The USGS advised of seismic activity resulting in a earthquake at 11:31:34 AM at epicenter and registered as 3.3 magnitude given the location 34.017°N, 117.227°W with a depth 16.9 km (10.5 miles) 4 km (3 miles) SSE (148°) from Loma Linda, CA. There have been no reports of injuries or damage.
11/24	0730	The situation report will be completed every Thursday with all Federal agencies required to submit data prior to 1700 hours unless otherwise instructed. The Federal agencies will no longer be required to submit daily resource information as this report will no longer be posted until next Fire season or conditions warrant.
11/23	0700	OSC continues to transition to winter preparedness with some predicative service products discontinued until fire season of 2011
