[californiadisasters] Winds topple big rig in Riverside area

A big rig overturned, apparently due to high winds, at the transition from the 60 East to the 15 North in Riverside County. Only one lane is open. In Malibu Hills, northeast winds gusted up to 68 miles an hour, while in the Ontario area, wind gusts up to 65 miles an hour were seen.
