As stated before, Nichols was a resident of Kansas which makes him a Kansan at the time of the attack and the attack was planned and prepared from a property in Kansas. It is also worth noting that the OKC Bombing was related to the Mount Carmel Siege and it's climax as the ringleader (Timothy McVeigh) launched the bombing in part as retaliation for the incident in Waco, TX, two years to the day earlier. Okay, enough about this gang... let's move on.
