09/21	1600	Light IA today.
09/21	1400	Effective 1400 hrs PDT  OSCC GACC Preparedness level was downgraded to PL 2
09/21	0800	Very warm temperatures will continue through Friday with highs reaching the 90s in the valleys.  RH will drop into the teens in the mountains across southern California today and Thursday.  Isolated thunderstorms are expected along the Sierra Crest each afternoon through Friday.
