[Geology2] Nature's Fury - 30 Chilling Photo of Natural Hazards




Hi Lin! I know that a lot of these are not current but I thought that other members may like to see some of the articles below...
 
Be warned though, when entering into the high-lighted sections, especially the volcanic ones, some of the pictures are rather gruesome and DO contain dead people.
 
Having said that, there is a choice whether the viewer can decide if they want to proceed any further with that image or not.

From violent volcanoes to horrifying hurricanes, Mother Natures fury is a sight to behold. With so much human conflict and suffering, we often underestimate the awesome and destructive power of nature. While the science behind these events is utterly fascinating, the consequences can be dire and we must respect the power of the planet we live in. Here are 30 chilling reminders of natures fury:
