No, but I own a World War Two Civil Defense Air Raid Warden helmet and kit replete with papers I picked up at an antique shop several years ago.

Since they made so many of them that went to surplus - lots of people have them collecting dust in their closets. If you are interested in a cheap external speaker for your unit - just do an ebay search for "CDV700 speaker" and it will come up.
