10/03/2013	0730	Weather forecast calls for moderate offshore winds of 20-30 mph with gusts over 50 mph will occur Friday and Saturday across much of Southern CA.  Temperatures will be in the 90s and minimum RH will drop into the single digits Friday into the weekend in the windy areas.
