NORTHEASTERLY WIND GUSTS  BETWEEN 45 AND 55 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY ACROSS  THE MOUNTAINS WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 50 MPH ACROSS THE VALLEYS  AND COASTAL PLAIN.
