* TIMING...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE FROM NORTH TO SOUTH
ACROSS THE VALLEY TUESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL INCREASE BEHIND
THE FRONT AND PERSIST INTO EARLY EVENING.
