FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...THERE WILL BE--
THE POTENTIAL FOR A MODERATE SANTA ANA WIND EVENT. GUSTY OFFSHORE
WINDS WILL MOSTLY BE FOCUSED BELOW AND THROUGH PASSES AND CANYONS OF
LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES. WITH THE OFFSHORE
WINDS...HUMIDITIES WILL POTENTIALLY FALL INTO SINGLE DIGITS ACROSS
INLAND PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
WHILE OFFSHORE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DIMINISH LATE THURSDAY...A VERY
DRY AIR MASS WILL LINGER INTO FRIDAY. THIS OFFSHORE WIND EVENT WILL
LIKELY BRING HEIGHTENED FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ACROSS THE
REGION...HOWEVER IT IS STILL UNCERTAIN IF THERE WILL BE A
SUFFICIENTLY LONG DURATION OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO
WARRANT A FIRE WEATHER WATCH.
