RED FLAG WARNING FOR GUSTY OFFSHORE WINDS AND VERY LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM WEDNESDAY TO 3 PM PDT
THURSDAY. THE PREVIOUS FIRE WEATHER WATCH HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO
THIS RED FLAG WARNING.
* WINDS...AREAS OF NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40
MPH ARE EXPECTED LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. ISOLATED GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH FAVORED
PASSES AND CANYONS.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...EXPECTED TO FALL TO BELOW 10 PERCENT LATER
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THE WEEKEND. OVERNIGHT
