09/22/2013	0930	Rim Fire CA-STF-002857 Tuolumne County CS ICT 2, Cooper 257,097 acres, 84% percent contained Aspen Valley opened to residents this morning at 0800 hours. Portions of the fire received 0.6" of rain yesterday.  Due to the wetting precipitation, overnight fire behavior was minimal.
