1967: It was 24° in Idyllwild and 28° in Palomar Mountain, each the lowest temperature on record for June.

1953: Coolest high ever recorded in June in Bakersfield first recorded, 65 degrees (This record was tied on June 8, 1965).

1923: It was 38° in Escondido, the lowest temperature on record for June.
