On This Date In California Weather History...

1997: A funnel cloud was reported two miles northwest of Lindbergh Field - San Diego.

1979: Five consecutive days of high temperatures at 90° or higher at San Diego started on 6.9 and ended on this day, peaking with 101° on 6.10.
Minimum temperatures were between 69° and 72°.

1933: Hanford recorded a high temperature of 110 degrees, the earliest such occurrence on record.

1918: The low temperature was 88° in Victorville, the highest daily minimum temperature on record.
