Recycling will be collected today and every Thursday during 6th period. Please place your boxes of recyclable items including paper, plastics and aluminum outside of your classrooms and they will be picked up. Help us GO GREEN!

The first meeting for the 2010-2011 Creative Writing Club and Slam Poetry Team will be in Ms. Valdez’s classroom A203 today, September 2nd from 2:30 to 4:00. Come check it out, and we’ll see you there!

A meeting will be held today at 6 PM in room F 105 for all students interested in joining the Mock Trial team. The meeting will last about thirty minutes.
Parking passes will be on sale at 7am and at lunch today in the Activities Office. Passes are $35.00. After Labor Day parking passes may be purchased on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s before school and at lunch in the Activities Office.
Seniors: tomorrow is the last day for you to make nominations for your class song, motto, and flower in the activities office in the morning and at lunch.

Varsity Football plays at Milne this evening at 7. We are the home team, so we will be sitting on the South side of the stadium. Come out and watch the game and see our Vanguard Band perform at half-time, along with the cheerleaders and Talon Dancers
We will be on a long assembly schedule tomorrow for our fall spirit assembly.
