Helicopters continue to support the fire crews on the ground with water drops and logistical support on the fire line. Demob is expected to increase at a steady pace today as some portions of fire go into patrol status. |

The threat remains to natural, historic landmarks and 1 commercial building. The fire is reported to be burning away from the George Bush Tree and the Freeman Creek Grove. |
