The National Weather Service San Diego has issued a high wind watch remains in effect from late tonight through Thursday afternoon for the Inland Empire and surrounding communities where winds are expected to blow between 20 and 30 mph with gusts to 60. The strongest winds will likely develop through and below the canyons and passes of the San Bernardino and Santa Ana Mountains, forecasters cautioned.
