4/19	0900	National Weather Service – San Diego has issued a Red Flag Warning which remains in effect until 5 pm PDT this afternoon for the following areas due to strong gusty winds and low humidities: San Diego County Inland Valleys, San Diego County Mountains, including the Palomar and Descanso Ranger Districts of the Cleveland National Forest. http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/sgx/
