That page is hosted by Google's Blogspot.com blog hosting service.
I highly doubt Google is infected with anything.
However, if you have something already in your computer it can be activated by visiting certain websites or pages.
I had the same problem with this blog until I cleaned out my computer and installed new protective software and such and have had no problems since.

I have had other people complain (a small minority of my visitors) and they always get different pop-ups from each other, some even get porn.
I'm 100% sure Google is not infected with porn all of which suggests to me people are unwittingly bringing adware along in their own computers when they visit.
It then triggers when they visit certain sites like my blog (repeated for emphasis) hosted by Google's Blogspot.com.

If anybody can add anything useful to this please be my guest to jump in here as it might be of use to other's (and my own) tech knowledge.

Thanks for letting me know of this in case it was something at my end.

See attached.  With each additional click I get a different massive pop up.
