All FILM CLUB MEMBERS MEETING IN G184 AT LUNCH
Yearbooks are still on sale. Stop by the activities office during lunch to purchase your 2013 edition for $65.00.
FRENCH NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY: There is a mandatory meeting today at lunch in E113 for all officers and new inductees. We will be discussing the induction ceremony and you will receive your induction invitations
All students and staff need to go to the Herff Jones website: teacherShoutOut.com, search for Volcano Vista, and vote for your favorite teacher. If we win the money will be given to the marquee fund.
This Friday and Saturday Anne Frank will be performed in the Black Box. Adults are $10.00 and Students are $6.00.
COUNSELING
· Juniors: Tonight is the College Information Night at 6:00 pm. It will be in the LECTURE HALL…not the PAC.
· There are some great summer opportunities available! See Mrs. Sandy in room E224 if you are looking to build your college resume or are just looking to earn some extra money.
· Seniors: There are several scholarships with a May 1st deadline. See Mrs. Sandy in room E224 for more information.
ATHLETICS
· Any students interested in playing football next season there is a meeting on Friday in the lecture hall at lunch.
· The JV softball team beat Eldorado 21 to 0 yesterday.
· The Varsity softball team beat Eldorado 11 to 1. Taylor Sargent, Victoria Casto and Jade Gray each had a Home run in the game
· The JV girls tennis won their match against Albuquerque High with a score of 5-1. JV boys tennis played a close match against Bosque Prep.
· Baseball plays St. Pius today at 4.
· On Friday our track teams will be in the APS Relays.
