...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM PDT FOR  SOUTHWESTERN INYO COUNTY...    AT 242 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO  INDICATE A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN.  THIS STORM WAS  LOCATED OVER SOUTHWESTERN INYO COUNTY...OR 20 MILES SOUTH OF OLANCHA.  THE THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTH.    LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  HIGHWAY 395...8 TO 19 MILES SOUTH OF OLANCHA.    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN WASHES...LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND ON  AREA ROADWAYS. FLASH FLOODING IS NATURES NUMBER ONE KILLER. TO ESCAPE  RISING WATER...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOODED  ROADWAY OR WALK THROUGH FLOODWATERS. TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN!
