Hadn't seen that one. Local news showed a quick clip this afternoon of what looked like a moderate river moving over the highway.
Kim, do you have the link to that flash flood video that took place a few summers ago west of the 395 and over a freshly burned area? I believe the mudflow was black and a chopper was overhead following it until it made it's way through a neighborhood.
