2009: A dust devil damaged several mobile homes in Boulder City., NV.

1997: A tornado in Apple Valley caused catastrophic damage to buildings, structures, trees, and power lines.

1989: Wind gusts of 60 mph overturned an airplane taxiing on the runway at the Mojave Airport.

1964: Wettest day ever in May in Fresno, 1.64" of rain fell.

1955: Palo Alto had a high of 87° F.
