09/15/2019 1855 CA-SHF Middle Fire: 575 acres, timber and brush, 0% contained. Fire behavior was active today. Precip will occur over the fire area tonight. A closure is in place for roads leading to the fire. Predicted winds could impact fire behavior on the upper slopes beginning tomorrow. Smoke may impact local residents in the Clear Creek Drainage.
09/15/2019 1850 CA-SHF South Fire: 4,920 acres, 30% contained. Fire behavior was active today. Precipitation is expected over the fire area tonight. There is a structure threat to rural private residences and ranches, as well as Tomhead Lookout and communications infrastructure. Road and trail closures are in effect for the fire area. There is also a threat to prehistoric trails and historic sites. Fire may impact a Class 1 Airshed within the Yolla Bolla Wilderness.
09/15/2019 1850 CA-KNF Kidder 2 Fire: 207 acres of timber, 43% contained. Precipitation is occuring over the fire area.
09/15/2019 1850 CA-KNF Lime Fire: 1,872 acres, 91% contained. Minimal fire behavior observed today with precipitation expected over the fire area tonight.
09/15/2019 1850 CA-KNF Bar Fire: 35 acres brush and timber, 0% contained. Forward spread of the fire has been stopped with precipitation occurring over the fire area. Evacuation Orders remain for the Scott Bar area and Mill Creek Drainage. Evacuation Warning has been issued for areas of McKinney Creek and Barkouse.
09/15/2019 1705 CA-KNF Bar Fire: 25 acres brush and timber, 0% contained. Fire is located to the north east of the community of Scott Bar. Fire is burning with a rapid rate of spread. Mandatory Evacuation Orders have been issued for the Scott Bar and Mill Creek Drainage area. Map
09/15/2019 0815 CA-PNF Walker Fire: 53,186 acres grass and timber, 67% contained. Evacuation Warning remains for the areas of Flouroy Bridge, Franks Valley and portions along Hwy 395. Evacuation Orders remain for the Murdock Crossing, Stoney Ridge, and Antelope Lake areas. The threat remains to the Walker Mine super-fund site and the 5 bears Hydroelectric project.
09/15/2019 0810 CA-MNF Henthorne Fire: 244 acres , 95% contained. Crews continue mop up and repair operations.
09/15/2019 0810 CA-KNF Lime Fire: 1,872 acres, 84% contained. Current threats include historical and cultural resources as well as Spotted Owl habitat.
09/15/2019 0810 CA-KNF Kidder 2 Fire: 181 acres of timber, 43% contained. Current threats include historical and cultural sites as well as Spotted Owl habitat.
09/15/2019 0810 CA-SHF South Fire: 4,727 acres, 20% contained. The incident is located in steep, rugged terrain. There is a structure threat to rural private residences and ranches, as well as Tomhead Lookout and communications infrastructure. Road and trail closures are in effect for the fire area. There is a structure threat to rural private residences and ranches, as well as Tomhead Lookout and communications infrastructure. Road and trail closures are in effect for the fire area. There is also a threat to prehistoric trails and historic sites. Fire may impact a Class 1 Airshed within the Yolla Bolla Wilderness.

09/14/2019 1806 CA-KNF Lime Fire: 1,872 acres, 77% contained. Current threats include historical and cultural resources as well as Spotted Owl habitat.
09/14/2019 1757 CA-PNF Walker Fire: 52,282 acres grass and timber, 52% contained. In Plumas County Evacuation Advisory remains for the Flouroy Bridge and Franks Valley area and Mandatory Evacuation Order remains for Murdock Crossing, Stoney Ridge and Antelope Lake areas. In Lassen County the Evacuation Warning remains along Hwy 395 from Laufman Grade to Wales Canyon and the Babcock Crossing area. Threat to private residences in the Genesee Valley and Ward Creek areas. Threat remains to the 5 Bears Hydroelectric project in Ward Creek and the Walker Mine Super-fund site. Crews are beginning suppression repair efforts in areas impacted by the fire.
09/14/2019 1752 CA-MNF 1-1 Henthorne Fire: 244 acres , 90% contained. Crews continue mop up and repair operations.
09/14/2019 1750 CA-MDF Lone Fire: 5,737 acres grass and brush, 95% contained. Threats include numerous archaeological sites, Sage Grouse Habitat. Red Flag Warning predicted Sunday for strong gusty wind and low humidity in the fire area.
09/14/2019 1737 CA-SHF Middle Fire: 454 acres, timber and brush, 0% contained. Fire is located in the Trinity Alps Wilderness. A closure is in place for roads leading to the fire. Predicted winds could impact fire behavior on the upper slopes beginning tomorrow. Smoke may impact local residents in the Clear Creek Drainage.

The National Weather Service- Medford and Reno has issued Red Flag Warnings in effect for North and Eastern portions of Northern California. The warnings begin as early as this afternoon and extending into Monday afternoon for some areas. The warning is for strong, gusty winds with low relative humidity, creating critical fire weather conditions. For detailed information click here: Link

In Plumas County Evacuation Advisory remains for the Flouroy Bridge and Franks Valley area and Mandatory Evacuation Order remains for Murdock Crossing, Stoney Ridge and Antelope Lake areas. In Lassen County the Evacuation Warning remains along Hwy 395 from Laufman Grade to Wales Canyon and the Babcock Crossing area. 09/14/2019 0931 CA-KNF Kidder 2 Fire: 165 acres of timber, 54% contained. Current threats include historical and cultural sites, private timber land and Spotted Owl habitat. Transition to mop up operations is occurring in areas where containment lines are complete.
09/14/2019 0930 CA-KNF Lime Fire: 1,872 acres, 71% contained. There is no longer a structure threat for the incident. Current threats include historical and cultural resources, Spotted Owl habitat and high value timber land.. Fire has the potential to impact Hwy. 96.
