You have not walked down Bourbon street in New Orleans lately then. Here is a geological factoid. Some of the pasties with tassels are composed of quartz cut in flowelike petals so as to lay on the breast in a nice fashion. Then the tassels are attached on top. Then these talented ladies start whirling their natural assets in opposite circles...and it is mesmerizing, even to straight women such as myself who really really like men. lol...Allison

To my knowledge they used to do that back in the days of Tempest Storm and Gypsy Rose Lee but now nothing is left to the imagination.... which deprives our largest and most potent sex organ (brain) of playing a role in our sexuality in such cases.
Now boys and girls your assignment is to come up with a connection between this and geology and the winning entry wins a prize.

Well y'all have Guy Fawkes day..thanks to that movie, "V For Vendetta", most Americans know what that is. Isn't there some sort of food that goes with that..pasties? I love those...we have a Cornish shop here in Milwaukee that sells them. Oh and just to tie that in with geology, here in Milwaukee a great many buildings are built with Great Lakes rocks... some are basalt, some are a kind of sandstone, but the majority of buildings are built with bricks that are fired as kind of a white color, thus earning the name "Cream City" bricks. lol...and once a building is built, it never ever comes down again. Unlike Houston, where we demolish everything and rebuild every five minutes and where a great deal of limestone is used. There! AllisonFrom: Mark Smith <smithsurf@yahoo.co.uk>
