MINERAL AND SOUTHERN LYON COUNTIES... * AFFECTED AREA: IN CALIFORNIA...MONO COUNTY IN FIRE ZONE 273. IN NEVADA...FIRE ZONE 459 MINERAL AND SOUTHERN LYON COUNTIES. * WIND: SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING. * SIERRA RIDGE WINDS WILL REACH 50 TO 75 MPH THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. * HUMIDITY: MINIMUM VALUES WILL DROP BELOW 15 PERCENT BY LATE THIS MORNING.
