Hello Parents...
Just a heads up...The APS computer program SchoolMax has been down for about a week from what I have gathered. Because of this, teachers have not been able to enter grades (tardies and absences neither from what I understand) so if you have been seeing a lack of entries in iParent, that is the reason. It was supposed to be back up today, but was down again...some are wondering if too many teachers in the district may be trying to catch up with grade entering which could be bogging it down...

Dear Parents and Guardians,
The APS Student Information System is having technical difficulties, and we are unable to make automated phone calls or send email messages to you when your child is absent or tardy from school. Teachers will continue to take attendance and absences/tardies will be reported to the office.
We ask that you continue to report your child's absences according to your school's policy.
Because of the technical difficulties, schools will be late sending home report cards and progress reports, which were originally scheduled to go home next week. Online grades also are unavailable at this time. Teachers will turn in student grades as soon as the system is repaired.
All middle school student-led conferences will continue as scheduled this week.
The district is working diligently to fix the problem and we hope to have our system up and running by the end of the week. Check back here for updated information.
