THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A HEAT  ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 11 PM  PDT TUESDAY.    * TEMPERATURE...HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM 102 TO 104 IN    THE ROGUE VALLEY TO AROUND 110 IN TH VALLEYS OF WESTERN SISKIYOU    COUNTY TODAY AND TUESDAY...WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS ONLY DROPPING TO    THE MID TO UPPER 60S.    * LOCATIONS INCLUDE: GRANTS PASS...CAVE JUNCTION...MEDFORD...
