Ammonia leak in a building on the compound, NOT either reactor building.  The EOC has been activated as a precaution.  No current risk to the public

Local TV Channel 9 reporting a Level 3 activation at the San Onofre
Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) on the border of San Diego and Orange
Counties due to an ammonia leak (of some sort).

No threat to public (at this time).
