Initial Attack Activity was very light in the GACC yesterday with 6 fires for 3 acres.

There are currently no large fires burning in the GACC; NOPS continues to support large incidents in South Ops.

Fuels are dry throughout the region. 1000 hour fuels are measured below 16 percent. ERC is averaged across the GACC at the 80th percentile.

Large, slow moving storm off the Oregon coast is strengthening as it very slowly approaches the coast. However, as the storm slowly moves onshore this weekend, widespread wetting rains are expected across most areas north of a line from San Francisco to Susanville. Gradual clearing early next week but remaining a little cooler than normal.
