NBC4 showed a quick clip and it appeared firefighters were pumping foam from down below on to the upper level. Like the tanker fire a few months ago on the 60 Freeway, the flames get smothered for a moment, then pop up again. I didn't see much vegetation on fire though. The backup on the southbound 5 was horrific. Parking lot of lights as far as the eye could see. Both directions of the 134 are closed.
