There are three universities near Edgewater –

 

·         Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

·         Oikos University

·         Shepherd University

 

Edgewater is located near the Oakland-Alameda Coliseum and Oakland International Airport.  It's also not too far from Coast Guard Island, a place I was stationed in the early 80s.
