Probably on so-called medication ....psychiatric drugs - this kind of
violence is a side-effect.

In fact you will always find that the perpetrator of these mass
shootings is either on or has recently stopped taking psychiatric drugs.
Such violence virtually never happened prior to the rampant prescription
of these by the psychiatrists.
