Well gee, the Taco Stew is mostly healthy and the G-bread cleans out the clogging the other stuff creates...  The air pollution isn't really MY fault (don't eat them at the same sitting unless you have a death wish or WANT a divorce).

 

Those are not meals for beginners, you need to work up to them.  ;)
