[californiadisasters] South Ops News & Notes Update (6/12/13-7:30PM)

06/12	1930	Hathaway Fire CA-BDF- 8526 Vegetation, Northeast of Banning, Riverside County. USFS-San Bernardino N.F. SOCAL #2 (Garwood ) 3,130 acres, 40% contained. A significant amount of line construction has been completed along the western and southern perimeter of the fire. 13.5 miles of line has been completed and has held.  Smoke from the fire continues to impact communities of Big Bear and Lucerne Valley, and Palm Springs.   GACC elevated to PL 3 today at 1800 today.
06/12	0730	Hathaway Fire CA-BDF-8526; Fire is 2,850 acres and 30% contained.
